The Oban as a University Town Project has a Steering Committee and four Project Teams. There is representation from Argyll and Bute Council, UHI Argyll, BID4OBAN, Highlands and Islands Enterprise, Oban High School, Scottish Association of Marine Science (SAMS), Skills Development Scotland and University of the Highlands and Islands.
